Maher Ghawji, MD
Maher Ghawji, Jr. MD
Dr. Ghawji obtained his medical school degree from Damascus University in 1983. He later completed an intensive training in Endocrinology and Andrology at Claude Bernard University in Lyon, France. Following that, Dr. Ghawji completed his residency at New York City Hospital and his fellowship at the University of Tennessee in 1994. Dr. Ghawji has been with Endocrinology Associates since 1996.
Dr. Maher Ghawji, Jr. completed his Internal Medicine residency program at Baton Rouge General Medical Center, where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident. He then completed his Endocrinology Fellowship at UTHSC Memphis, where he served again as Chief Fellow in his last year. He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
Devinn Wolfe, FNP
A native Memphian, Mrs. Wolfe graduated from Baptist College and proceeded to complete her Nurse Practitioner training at University of Memphis. Mrs. Wolfe has been with Endocrinology Associates since October 2016.
Lauren Poindexter, NP
Lauren completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of
Memphis in 2005. She worked in critical care for ten years and completed her
Master of Science in Nursing in 2015. She has worked as a Family Nurse
Practitioner since that time and joined Endocrinology Associates in June of
2019.
Hassan Suboh, NP
Hassan obtained his Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Memphis and has worked in cardiac and critical care. He joined Endocrinology Associates of Memphis in January 2017 and is currently enrolled in course work to become a nurse practitioner.
